Learning to defuse from thoughts and feelings


When we are more defuse from our thoughts and feelings, we transform self criticism to self reflection. Judgements to openness. Avoidance to acceptance. Aggressiveness to assertiveness. Withdraw to holding space. Confusion to clarity. 

So the key missing skill for most of us and our patients with emotional difficulties is the ability to defuse from thoughts and feelings isn’t it?
