How to manage our Imposter Syndrome
Do you suffer from imposter syndrome?
Hold space for our “not knowing” and the feeling of imposter syndrome may lessen.
Frame our “not knowing” as values around humility, honesty and curiosity rather than “not good enough”.
Then use the feeling of humility, honesty, curiosity and self conpassion to defuse our fears of “not knowing” or “not good enough”.
Imposter syndrome may lessen after that…..
