The main purpose of this site is to create a platform to support those who are preparing for their RACGP exams particularly the OSCE RACGP exams. In addition, we are here to promote Mental Health awareness and training, better self care for Doctors, and a biopsychosocial model of health for patients. We are independent of the RACGP.

Learning to set healthy boundaries as a Family Doctor
Working as a Family Doctor, setting healthy boundaries is important isn’t it?
Of course, this is also important in any healthy relationships, whether it’s work or personal.
The key point is, is your internal boundaries based on strict internal rules or based on more flexible internal values?
One is like a barb wire fence with security locks.
The other one is more like a picket fence with an unlocked gate.
Finding an “in between” or different settings for different context can be challenging isn’t it?
