Helping our patients to ask better questions

Good questions lead to good answers.

Bad questions lead to bad answers.

“Why me” is often a bad question. It can lead one down a very dark path.  It’s very disempowering.

“What’s good about this problem” will often give you better answers. It’s much more empowering.

I wonder if you have tried to ask better questions yourself, or coach your patients to ask better questions.
