Work on the social to impact the emotional and physical health
I often see patients with concerns around their weight and associated “non hungry eating”.
They may acknowledge that chronic stress and disconnectedness in their relationships are often the triggers for their “non hungry eating”.
So we try to focus on improving their relationships.
The approach is sociopsychobio.
Improve the “social” in order to improve the “psychobio”.
