The main purpose of this site is to create a platform to support those who are preparing for their RACGP exams particularly the OSCE RACGP exams. In addition, we are here to promote Mental Health awareness and training, better self care for Doctors, and a biopsychosocial model of health for patients. We are independent of the RACGP.

Feelings have a habit of sticking around
Working in the “feeling space”, I’ve noticed the following pattern.
When we feel angry towards someone, that feeling of anger may stay with us for a while.
When we feel disappointed or frustrated with someone, that feeling may stay with us for a while too.
When we feel sad, worried or fearful for someone, those feelings may also stay around with us for a while.
So if we feel hopeful, inspired, generous, caring and compassionate towards someone, those feelings may also stay around with us too.
That is one way to cultivate those feelings for better mental health and self care.
