Our own feelings are often a reflection of our “inner values”, and if we disconnect from our own feelings, we might disconnect from our “inner values” too. If we don’t have a good grasp of our “inner values”, it can be harder to achieve inner harmony or “inner happiness”.
Defining what our inner values are can be very confusing. It’s vague and abstract because it’s “feeling based” rather than “thinking based”.
I wonder if you do see patients who struggle with this or experience it yourself?
