When we can be honest about our thinking, it can hurt feelings. When we can be honest about our feelings, it can frustrate thinking.
It’s not easy is it?
Many of our patients may struggle with this. We may struggle with this too.
Being honest with our thinking and feelings to get to the truth raises much challenges.
This is part of critical thinking and critical feeling.
It’s not an easy thing to do, but it’s something we need to do in order to move forward effectively at times.
