Helping our patients to use feelings and emotions in more conscious ways

One of the hardest concepts for our patients to apply, is how to use certain feelings and emotions in a more conscious way, when taking action or perceiving a particular situation.

When we perceive a particular situation or take a particular action with feelings of anger/frustration rather than feelings of curiosity/kindness, it may lead to a different experience and outcome.

When we use feelings of retribution rather than feelings of acceptance/compassion, it may lead to a different experience and outcome.

When we use feelings of scarcity rather than feelings of prosperity, it may lead to a different experience and outcome.

When we use feelings of incongruence rather than feelings of authenticity, it may lead to a different experience and outcome.

When we use feelings of fear rather than feelings of courage/hope, it may also lead to a different experience and outcome.

You may think of a few more examples.
