Helping our patients to create more space with their uncomfortable thoughts or feelings


For some folks, when excessively stressed, they would fuse and become more hooked or obsessed with their uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.

For some, they may react by detaching or dissociating from their uncomfortable thoughts or feelings.

The solution for both is to learn how to be more defused and mindful with their uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.

Making space for them.
