Helping our patients and ourselves to be more happy or at least, to be more “at peace”


I often observe that for most people if not all, their goal in life is to be happy, or if they are more of a “thinker” rather than a “feeler”, to be content and “at peace” with inner harmony perhaps.

So how can we help them and ourselves to achieve that at a practical level?

1. By consciously creating a life that is congruent with our values and expectations.

2. Change our values and expectations to be congruent with our life.

3. Or both...

Whichever way we choose, we have to define what those values and expectations are actually first.
